Mr. Gani began his career in the airline industry and after putting
in over two decades working in various parts of the world, returned
to Chennai to set up his dream project, a small Leather unit. Ably supported
by Mrs. Gani, what started as a tiny 2-machine factory has today grown
into a reasonable large set-up with direct exports, bulk corporate customers,
Wholesale retail customers and direct retail outlets
in Chennai.
The major credit for bringing
up the unit to its present level should go to his innovative style of
functioning and a very hard working nature. A perfectionist to the core
Mr.Gani is now an authority on Leather and Leather business.

An enlightened woman entrepreneur, Mrs. Gani balances
her time between her family needs and that in the business. She manages
the day-to-day activities at the Factory, Production sequencing, the
commercial activities, like Banking and other functions, including supervision
of the two showrooms.
With an in-depth knowledge
of the Leather business, she handles all customers with aplomb and is
quite at home with the increasing pressures the growth in the business
brings. |
